How do I place an order?
Once you’ve found an item you wish to purchase, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. Be sure to follow any instructions on the order page to ensure your order is processed smoothly. After your order is placed, items are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after shipping. Please note that metal art items take approximately 5–7 days to produce, but shipping times remain the same.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders placed through our website. When you provide your card details, if the card is valid and not expired, it will be pre-approved and charged during the order processing stage. Your payment is secure and handled with the utmost care.

When will my order be shipped?
If your order includes items that may require special handling or substitutions, a member of our customer service team will reach out via email with details and an estimated delivery timeframe. For all standard orders, you will receive a confirmation email once your items have been shipped. Please check both your inbox and spam folder for these notifications.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be included in your confirmation email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to bring a touch of Halliday Gifts’ holiday spirit to many countries. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, and customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
